All rentals require a $100 refundable deposit.
* Please note that on Saturdays, for events under 6 hours, we have two booking blocks to allow multiple guests to use the space and allow for cleaning in between 6am-2pm and 3pm-11pm. If you book 6+ hours, you can choose any time frame you’d like.
