We’re looking for part-time team members in Gig Harbor who want to work hard, laugh a lot, and help our customers (and each other) celebrate all of life’s milestones. If you’ve got a good eye for design and a love of all things paper and gift, we want to meet you!
Our main requirements are that you understand the importance of amazing customer service, bring a positive, upbeat attitude to the shops each day, and consistently show up when you are scheduled. All other on-the-job skills are trainable!
What will I be doing?
Your job as a retail associate is to ensure every single customer who walks into one of our stores has an exceptional experience from the moment they step in. You will welcome customers, provide product knowledge and recommendations if needed, check out customers using our POS system, wrap gifts, assist in merchandising the store, and help keep the stores clean.
Hours & Availability
We are currently looking for part-time help in our Gig Harbor location. Our open hours are generally 10am-6pm, Monday through Saturday, 11am-4pm Sundays. We’re currently looking for new team members to help round out the schedule. Lots of flexibility and room for growth in this position!
We look for team members who are motivated self-starters, honest and self-aware, empathetic and understanding, with excellent communication skills.
Benefits
Compensation starts at $16/hr but is negotiable based on experience. The Kindship offers an employer-matched 401k plan to all employees. Full-time employees also qualify for paid vacation time after a probationary period. Sick time is accrued per state law.
